Request an Order Status Username

Instructions: Use this form to get a username and password that will allow you to look up the status of your orders with KI.

This form will automatically issue a username and password. To be able to request a username, you may enter either the KI Order number or your PO number.

After logging in, you will be able to look up an order with your PO number, KI order number, or ship-to address.
